MeditationMeditation is the art of relaxing the body quickly and calming the mind. It is based on simple routines that lead us through the process of meditation. It is simple and easy to learn and gives us the ability to relax at will and return our mind and body to a state of balance - regardless of where we are. Meditation helps your mind make changes at a greater rate. It works with you to align the subconciuos mind with the conscious mind. Meditation will help you:- At Wellness Support Network we offer Meditation courses that run over 6-8 weeks. In the course you will learn how to prepare yourself for meditation, take yourself through a meditation and how to use what you have learnt in daily life. The course consists of some theory as well as a meditation each week. Alternatively, we run a seperate meditation group for people to come in to the clinic, do a meditation in a relaxing environment and take a break. |
