Qualifications
My job is to help individuals develop and trust their own abilities, their own capacities for judgement, direction, creativity and insight into self and others.

I work one on one, with services individually
tailored for every client, whether for coaching, counselling or
body work, I bring a unique blend of resources to the therapeutic
relationship.

My training is transpersonal and body orientated, which means that I believe that only you can know what is right and of value for you. I invite you to come with an open mind and spirit to explore your hidden potential, bring balance and harmony to your life and make lasting changes, so that you too, might enjoy more meaningful relationships with yourself and others, and find your inner peace.
